Insulated Metal Wall Panels

Insulated foam panels can yield as much as 30% reduction in a building’s energy use. One of the biggest sources of a buildings heat loss (or heat gain) is due to air leakage. Foam filled panels have been rigorously tested to ensure that they remain both air and weather tight over the life of the building.

High R Values
Steel panels insulated foam core with a steel interior panel offer a superior thermal performance with R Values up to R-48. These panels isolate the outer steel panel from the interior steel frame eliminating thermal transfer found in compressed fiberglass types. This foam panel provides an unbroken thermal shield against energy – heat transfer. Panel finishes are available with a high performance sustainable roof and wall finishes satisfying architectural sensitive design boards including a pre-applied acrylic aggregate stucco finish factory applied over primed steel panels.

Installation method can save the building time and money due to the pre-insulated one step installation.

FIRE RATED STEEL PANELS
Pre assembled fire rated panels are produced with an inner core comprising of a one of a kind continuous mineral wool. 4” thick panel provide a one hour rating and a 6” thick panel provide a two hour fire rating. Core material is non- toxic and does not release gases in a fire. It has a zero smoke developed rating and easily washable.
